5-7-7: FINGERPRINT CHECK REQUIRED:

Prior to appointment, all proposed auxiliary police officers shall be fingerprinted and their fingerprints shall be checked with the federal bureau of investigation, Washington, D.C., in addition to any county, state and local law enforcement agencies, for any possible criminal record.
