5-1-9-1: APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIRPERSON:
The Village President, with the advice and consent of the Village Board of Trustees, shall designate a Chairperson to serve during the Municipal fiscal year. (Ord. 2009-881, 5-14-2009)
