5-1-9: BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS:
The provisions of division 2.1 of article 10 of the Illinois Municipal Code 1 are hereby adopted by reference with respect to all full time sworn police officers, except as modified hereinafter. (Ord. 2014-1032, 9-11-2014)
