5-1-6: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Chief of Police, with the approval of the Village President and Board of Trustees, may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the department as he shall see fit. (Ord. 0-78-90, 4-13-1978)
