The state of Illinois private sewage disposal licensing act (the "act") and the private sewage disposal code (the "private sewage code"), as promulgated by the state of Illinois department of public health in August 2013, and as it may hereafter be amended from time to time are hereby adopted by the village and incorporated herein by reference. To the extent the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of the act or private sewage code, the more restrictive requirements shall govern. (Ord. 0-2015-1044, 2-12-2015)
