4-1-1: AIRCRAFT USE OF LAND LESS THAN TEN ACRES:
The Village President and Board of Trustees deem it in the best interest of the Village that aircraft be prohibited from landing on a ground area of less than ten (10) acres. Therefore, it shall be unlawful for any person to ascent or land any aircraft, including gliders, helicopters and parachutes, on any parcel of property or lot within the Village which has a ground area of less than ten (10) acres; provided, however, that the proscription shall not apply to an emergency landing or to any medical helicopter.
Any person violating any provisions of this Section shall upon conviction therefor be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (Ord. 0-87-262, 1-8-87)
