8-8-3: PENALTIES:

Any person violating any of the terms and provisions of this Chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day or part thereof on which a violation occurs or continues or is permitted to occur or continue.
