It shall be unlawful to install or maintain a flag pole within the Village except in compliance with the following:
A. Size and Height: Flag pole height above adjacent ground shall not exceed twenty-five feet (25').
B. Location:
1. The flag pole and any surrounding patio must be fully located within the Building Setback Area.
2. The flag pole cannot be located in the septic field or over septic system components such as septic tanks and lift stations.
C. Construction and Installation: Footing/foundation minimum depth shall be forty-eight inches (48") below grade. Pole installation shall be per manufacturers' directions.
D. Flags Flown:
1. The flag of the United States of America shall always be flow at the top of the pole and shall be properly displayed per Federal Guidelines.
2. Banners and Advertising: No banners, signs or advertising shall be displayed or flown from the flag pole at any time. (Ord. 2019-1219, 12-12-2019)
