A. Permit Required: It shall be unlawful to install a free standing flag pole in the Village without first obtaining a building permit.
B. Application for Permit: Each application for a permit to install a flag pole shall include all items required for the issuance of the permit plus the following:
1. Site Plan or plat indicating the proposed location of the flag pole structure. Note that all structures must be located within the building setback area.
2. Plans and specifications for the installation including foundation details, mounting plates and bolts specifications.
3. Specifications for the flag pole.
4. Size of flag to be flown.
5. Illumination details.
C. Permit Fee:
An application for a building permit for a flag pole must be submitted for review and approval at the Village Hall. The permit fee is one hundred fifty ($150.00) Dollars. (Ord. 2019-1219; 12-12-2019)
