11-2:   APPEALS:
   A.   Initiation: Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer involving the interpretation of this Ordinance may appeal, as provided by statute, to the Board of Appeals.
   B.   Hearing:
      1.   Initiation: Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer involving the interpretation of this Ordinance may appeal, as provided by statute, to the Board of Appeals.
      2.   Hearing On Appeal: Upon such appeal being made, the Board of Appeals shall hold a hearing and shall affirm, overrule or modify the decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer as the facts may indicate. The concurring vote of four (4) members of the Board of Appeals shall be necessary for the board of appeals to reverse any decision by the zoning enforcement officer.
      3.   Records Department: The board of appeals shall keep an accurate record of all its proceedings and of all evidence presented to it on appeals from the zoning enforcement officer, and shall furnish the same to the attorney for the village in the event an administrative review action is taken to have its decision reviewed by the courts, as provided by law.
