Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to civil prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per violation per day.
The appropriate jurisdictional agency may recover all attorney fees, court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses. (Ord. 2011-945, 8-11-2011; amd. Ord. 0-2015-1060, 3-19-2015)
