12-3-19: COMPENSATORY ACTION:

In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the village administrator or his/her designee may impose upon a violator, alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc. (Ord. 2011-945, 8-11-2011; amd. Ord. 0-2015-1060, 3-19-2015)
