12-3-3: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall apply to all water entering the storm drain system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands unless explicitly exempted by an appropriate jurisdictional agency. (Ord. 2011-945, 8-11-2011; amd. Ord. 0-2015-1060, 3-19-2015)
