The plan commission shall serve in an advisory capacity and shall have the following duties:
A. Advise and assist the village in resolving objections regarding the table of estimated ultimate population per dwelling unit in section 11-4-14 of this chapter, the size of the park, school, fire/rescue, and library sites in sections 11-4-1-1, 11-4-2-1, 11-4-3-1, and 11-4-4-1 of this chapter respectively, the fair market value of the land used to calculate the cash contribution in section 11-4-7-1 of this chapter, or any other application of this chapter to a particular subdivision or planned development.
B. The plan commission shall adopt procedural rules to be used by the plan commission in carrying out the duties imposed by this section. (Ord. 2004-708, 4-8-2004)
