3-2-14: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE:
   A.   Closing Hours: It shall be unlawful to keep open or permit to be open any place where alcoholic liquor is sold for consumption on premises between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. of any day; provided that a licensee may remain open until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. if an extended hours supplemental license has been issued for the premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the holder(s) of a class B liquor license shall not sell alcoholic liquor between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. In the event the principal business being conducted on the premises is not the sale of alcoholic liquor, the premises may remain open during such hours, provided that alcoholic liquor is not sold or otherwise dispensed.
   B.   Display Of License: Every licensee shall cause his license or licenses to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
   C.   Restaurants: It shall be unlawful for any restaurant licensed to sell alcoholic liquor to sell such liquor except in conjunction with the service of meals.
   D.   Peddling: It shall be unlawful to peddle alcoholic liquor in the village.
   E.   Soliciting Drinks: It shall be unlawful for any licensee, manager, officer, director or employee of any licensed premises to solicit any patron or customer of such licensed premises to purchase alcoholic liquor or nonalcoholic beverages for said licensee, officer, director or employee or any other person therein.
