A. Inspections: All public improvements proposed to be made under the provisions of this title shall be inspected during the course of construction by the village engineer or a duly appointed assistant. All fees and costs connected with the review and approval of plans and specifications, soil tests, compaction tests, inspections, documents and plats shall be paid for by the developer.
B. As Built Drawings: The developer is also required to furnish as built drawings, at his expense, as required under subsection 11-3-5-3G of this chapter.
C. Maintenance Guarantee Of Improvements: As a condition of acceptance of all improvements, the village shall be furnished with a maintenance guarantee bond in the amount of thirty percent (30%) of the cost of the improvements to guarantee the continued acceptability of the improvements. The bond shall be in a form approved by the attorney for the village and shall remain in effect for a minimum of two (2) years' duration. After the completion of all of the improvements required by this title and by the ordinances of the village, the irrevocable letter of credit described in subsection 11-2-2B9 of this title may be used to satisfy, in whole or in part, the maintenance guarantee bond obligations set forth in this title, provided that it is an amount not less than the thirty percent (30%) requirement established herein.
