3-2-11: RENEWAL OF LICENSE:
Any licensee desiring to renew the license shall file an application for renewal of his license with the Local Liquor Control Commissioner at least forty five (45) days prior to the expiration thereof; provided, that he is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which such renewal license is sought are suitable for the purpose; provided further, that the renewal privilege herein provided for shall not be construed as a vested right which shall in any case prevent the decreasing of the number of licenses to be issued within the Village. Applications for renewal shall be in a form provided by the Village and shall list the owners, partners, officers, directors, trust beneficiaries, and persons who own more than five percent (5%) of the stock in the licensee, and the general manager, assistant manager and onsite manager of the licensed premises. There shall be a fee of seventy-fifty dollars ($75.00) for each newly listed individual on the renewal application who was not listed on the prior application. Any application for a license renewal made less than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the license shall result in a surcharge of fifty dollars ($50.00) which surcharge shall accompany the license renewal fee. The local liquor control commissioner shall review all applications for renewal in accordance with procedures set out in section 3-2-6 of this chapter.
