Any cutting and filling required within the development shall be limited to the area within the public right of way or drainage easements. Under unusual or exceptional conditions, the village engineer may permit cutting and filling outside the right of way or drainage easements provided the developer has submitted detailed drawings indicating the specific areas to be cut and filled. Village engineer approval of cutting and filling shall be done in cooperation with the village official who is responsible for the approval of building foundations and septic system permits. Such approval shall be in writing and shall bear the signatures of both the village engineer and the village official in charge of building foundations and septic systems. (Ord. 0-77-57A, 2-9-1977)
