3-2-9: TERM OF LICENSE:
Any license issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall expire on December 31 of the year of issuance unless earlier revoked or terminated as in this chapter provided 1 . The fee for any license issued for a partial year shall be prorated on a monthly basis. (Ord. 2008-861, 7-10-2008)
