11-3-3: FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS:

All developments including, but not limited to, buildings, streets, driveways, septic systems and any other structures or improvements subject to the floodplain ordinance shall comply with the WMO in title 12, chapter 2 of this code and any amendments, additions, or revisions made thereto.
