B. Reduction In The Number Of Licenses: Whenever a license previously issued under this chapter, except a special event license or a special use permit license, is revoked, surrendered, not renewed or otherwise terminated by dormancy, the maximum number of licenses in the class of the license which is revoked, surrendered, not renewed or otherwise terminated by dormancy as set forth in subsection A of this section shall be automatically and immediately reduced by one. No additional license for any class shall be issued unless by action of the Corporate Authority of the Village. The Village Clerk shall codify the appropriate maximum number of licenses for each class whenever a number is reduced or increased as herein provided. (Ord. 2013-995, 8-8-2013)

D. 2021 Renewal License Fees: Any licensee applying for renewal of their license for the 2021 license year will be granted a 25% reduction in the annual fee for the year. The annual license fees for 2021 will be as follows:
