351.15 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ON STREETS.
   (a)   No commercial vehicle shall be permitted to park on or alongside or within the road right of way of any street in the Village at any time for more than fifteen minutes.
   (b)   “Commercial vehicle” means any vehicle which has or should have a commercial license plate.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
