1170.10 FEES.

All building construction fees and deposits and review fees charged as outlined in 1167.041 and 1303.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of South Amherst shall be the responsibility of the applicant or his/her duly authorized agent along with any fees imposed by the utility company.
