1170.04 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

A solar energy system or systems shall require a conditional use permit in all zoning districts of the village except for Residential One, Two and Three Family homes. A bond or similar instrument for removal of an abandoned system may be required at the time of construction as a condition of the conditional use permit. Application for the conditional use permit shall be made in accordance with village ordinances.
