(a) Said Volunteer Fire Department shall form an association whose obligations will be to promote and encourage fire fighting, fire fighting education and training in fire protection in the community.
(b) Said association shall perpetuate itself, and be governed by its own rules, regulations and by-laws, in accord with its purpose.
(c) The by-laws shall be provide for and assign duties for officers of the Association, President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
