1171.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall install or construct a SWECS within the corporate boundaries of the Village until compliance has been made with all provisions of this chapter and all other applicable sections of the Village’s regulations, and a conditional zoning permit has been authorized and a permit issued by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
