1169.01 CREATION; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established a Board of Zoning Appeals consisting of five members appointed in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code as amended. The word "Board" when used in the Zoning Ordinance shall be construed to mean the Board of Zoning Appeals.
