(a) Fees for the issuance of a Building Permit shall be such as is set forth in a separate schedule as part of the building code of the Village of South Amherst.
(b) No fee shall be charged for the issuance of an original Certificate of Occupancy as required herein; but for each copy of an original Certificate there shall be a charge of one dollar ($1.00) paid to the Administrative Officer and remitted to the Village Clerk.
