The Administrative Officer shall keep or cause to be kept a record of his Department in regard to any decision, determination or conclusion reached by him in connection with the enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance. It shall also be his duty to keep records of all applications for Building Permits, Certificates of Occupancy and the actions taken thereon. A copy of a Building Permit or a Certificate of Occupancy issued shall be furnished on request to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the building or land affected.
