(a) The area for all permanent signs located on the premises with any industrial use shall be limited to an area not to exceed one and one-half (1-1/2) square feet per one (1) lineal foot of street frontage.
(b) In an Industrial District, one sign of not more than thirty-two (32) square feet shall be permitted for each industry or group of industries provided however that said sign shall be no closer than thirty (30) feet to the road right-of-way line.
