(a) Lot Area and Width. Each lot in an HI District shall contain a minimum lot area of (5) acres and a lot width of three hundred (300) feet.
(b) Yards Required. Yards of the following widths or depths shall be provided for all uses unless otherwise permitted by this Zoning Ordinance.
(1) Front Yards. The depth of the front yard shall be one hundred (100) feet except as otherwise provided by this Zoning Ordinance.
(2) Side Yards.
A. There shall be a minimum side yard on each side of any building or structure of fifty (50) feet measured from the side lot line to the nearest building or structure.
B. Where said use abuts any residence district there shall be a side yard clearance on the side abutting the residence district of one hundred and fifty (150) feet. Such space shall remain open and unoccupied by any building or accessory building or use.
(3) Rear Yards. A rear yard of fifty (50) feet shall be required and where such yard abuts any residence district a minimum of one hundred and fifty (150) feet shall be required. Such space shall remain open and unoccupied by any building or accessory building.
