The Heavy Industrial District is created for use in those areas of the Village where it is deemed desirable to locate the following types of industry which normally require larger land area, create more traffic volumes and contain other conditions which are not as compatible with other types of uses. District regulations contained herein are for use only in those areas designated on the official Zoning Map as HI.
