1149.06 YARDS REQUIRED.
   The following yard requirements shall apply to all yards in a B-1 District.
   (a)   Front Yard. Forty (40) feet.
   (b)   Rear Yard. Thirty-five (35) feet.
   (c)   Side Yards. Minimum side - twelve (12) feet (where there is no rear access).
      (1)   Abutting a street - Thirty-five (35) feet.
      (2)   Abutting a residential zone - Fifty (50) feet.
