1145.08 DENSITY LIMITATION.

(a) The gross residential density for two-family dwellings in this District shall not exceed eight families per acre, excluding any street right-of-way.

(b) The gross residential density in this District shall not exceed twelve families per acre, excluding any street right-of-way for three or more family dwellings.
