(a) Lot Area. Each dwelling, building or structure in an A-R District shall be located on a lot having an area of not less than one acre for single families and 5 acres for farms.
(b) Lot Width. Each lot in an A-R District shall contain a width of not less than one hundred (100) feet for single family residences and two hundred and fifty (250) feet for farm residences.
(c) Yards. Yards of the following depths or widths shall be provided in an R-1 District.
(1) Front Yard: The depth of the front yard shall be not less than fifty (50) feet measured from the road right-of-way line for single family residences and one hundred (100) feet for farm residences.
(2) Rear Yard: A rear yard of fifty (50) feet in depth for single family residences and one hundred (100) feet for farm residences shall be provided.

(3) Side Yards: Each lot or parcel of land shall be provided with two side yards the sum of which shall be not less than sixteen (16) feet in width and neither of which shall be less than eight (8) feet for single family residences and two side yards the sum of which shall not be less than fifty (50) feet in width and neither of which shall be less than twenty-five (25) feet for farm residences.
