1129.04 GENERAL YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   Except as herein provided, every required yard shall be open and unobstructed and shall not be reduced or diminished in area so as to be smaller than prescribed by this Zoning Ordinance.
   (a)   Yard for Single Building: No required yard or other open space around a building shall be considered as a yard to open space for any other building. No required yard or other required open space on an adjoining lot shall be considered as providing the yard or open space on the lot whereon a building is to be enacted or established.
   (b)   Clear View of Intersecting Streets: In all zones which require a front yard, no obstruction in excess of three (3) feet in height shall be placed on any corner lot     within a triangular area formed by the street right-of-way lines on the projected point of intersection of the street right-of-way lines and or line connecting points twenty-five (25) feet from the intersect of the street property lines of the projected point.

   (c)   Fences: See Chapter 1313 of the Building Code.
   (d)   Yard Exceptions: One Story Garages as Accessory Buildings - In residential districts one story detached garages or accessory building must be located eight (8) feet from the side and rear property lines and twenty (20) feet from the back of the principal building.    (e)   Use of Front Yard: Front yards in all districts shall be landscaped and no parking shall be permitted thereon.
