Every subdivision shall provide for adequate stormwater detention/retention, with a stormwater sewer or drainage system adequate to serve the area being platted into lots. Stormwater drainage systems shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the Village Engineer and the standards and specifications of the Village.
