Every subdivision shall be provided with a drinking and fire protection water system adequate to serve the area being platted into lots. The subdivision shall be provided with a complete loop-type water distribution system, except as otherwise required by the Village Engineer. All water improvements shall be designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the Village and of these Regulations.
