141.01 VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.

There shall be established a Volunteer Fire Department in said Village of South Amherst. Said department shall be known as the South Amherst Volunteer Fire Department and shall be composed of not less than 21 and not more than 31 active volunteer fire fighters with Auxiliary as established by separate ordinances. Said department may establish a Ladies’ Auxiliary.
