Any corporation, firm, agent or person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $200. Each violation or days of continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense. The city shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this chapter through civil court action.
