(A) Fire exit drills shall be held at least once a month in education occupancies and at least once every two months in health care occupancies. A record of all fire exit drills shall be kept and persons in charge of the occupancies shall be responsible for executing drills and keeping a record of the drills, giving the time, date and number of minutes to complete drill.
(B) In educational occupancies, fire exit drills shall include complete evacuation of all persons from the building. In health care occupancies, fire exit drills shall be conducted to familiarize operating personnel with their as signed positions of emergency duty.
(C) City hall shall be notified by telephone at the time of any fire exit drills.
