(A) Proof of a culpable mental state is not required for a conviction of an offense under this chapter.
(B) Any violation charged pursuant to this section shall be independent of and may be in addition to any administrative penalties which may be imposed regarding the suspension, revocation or denial of any permit or license granted under this chapter.
(C) Each day a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. Except when otherwise noted.
