(A) A permit holder hereunder shall not permit any of the following activities within the permitted gaming site:
(1) The sale, purchase, possession or consumption of any alcoholic beverages as the same is permitted by the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, unless the gaming site is licensed under the provisions of said code and the ordinances of the city for the sale, purchase, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
(2) The operation of any gaming machine by a person younger than 21 years of age.
(B) A permit holder hereunder shall ensure that the owner, operator, and/or employee of the licensed premises must be present to supervise the operation of the game room. The game room shall not be left unattended.
(C) An owner or operator that operates a game room in violation of this section shall be assessed a penalty as listed in the penalty fee schedule.
