§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   Persons who shall violate a provision of this chapter or any subsequent section thereto or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.  Each violation is a separate offense.
