(A) (1) If a revision is requested or necessitated by blockage, the approving authority shall review and approve design and installation of drain pipe/tile or conduit for proper drainage within the city storm sewer system.
(2) Minimum size no less than 14".
(B) The design and installation of drainage pipe/tile or conduit must conform to all applicable statutes, codes, ordinances, other laws and continued future projections.
(C) Any person requesting changes in the existing drainage system or creating a blockage of the system, shall be responsible at their expense for the providing of drainage tiles/pipe or conduit approved by the city (drainage system shall be composed of the storm sewer and any other watercourse within the city).
(D) All “APPROVAL” shall be on a permit provided by the city, signed by the City Manager or authorized agent designating the following:
(1) Type of tile/pipe or conduit approved by city;
(2) Size of tile/pipe or conduit;
(3) Place of installation for tile/pipe or conduit;
(4) Manner of installation:
(a) Depth; and
(b) Location within storm sewer or watercourse.
(5) Quantity of tile/pipe or conduit.
