§ 152.05  STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Installation. All new and used HUD-code manufactured homes, and rebuilt salvaged homes shall be installed in accordance with the State Manufactured Housing Standards Act, Tex. Occup. Code Ch. 1201.
   (B)   Registration. A person may not perform any installation function on manufactured housing in the city unless the person possess a valid installer’s certificate of registration or a homeowner temporary installer’s certificate of registration as required by the State Manufactured Standards Act (THHSA).
   (C)   Skirting. All manufactured homes shall be skirted within 30 days after placement with manufactured vinyl skirting only.
   (D)   Manufactured home lots.
      (1)   Lot size. Minimum lot size for any manufactured home lot not within a mobile home park shall be 12,500 square feet, with dimensions no less than 75 feet on the narrow dimension nor less than 100 feet on the long dimension; except that, a lot having less area than herein required which was an official “
      (2)   Setback lines. Minimum front setback lines of a manufactured home lot parallel to street shall be 25 feet.
      (3)   Open space requirements. No manufactured home shall be closer than ten feet to the back property line and 16 feet to any side property line.
      (4)   Drainage. The area of the manufactured home stand of space shall provide adequate support and drainage for placement of the manufactured home.
