§ 132.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 132.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine consistent with penalties under the laws of the state.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 132.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine consistent with penalties under the laws of the state.
