§ 116.02  PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Mobile service units are hereby prohibited from delivering flammable fuels into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles within the city limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to dispense flammable fuels within the city as outlined in division (A) above.
