For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE SERVICE UNITS. Legally defined as being a vehicle, a tank truck or other mobile device from which flammable liquids used as motor fuels may, as an act of retail sales, be dispensed in to the fuel tank of a motor vehicle parked on an off-street parking facility.
