Any corporation, firm, agent or person violating this chapter and, upon conviction hereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $200. Each violation or days of continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense. If it is shown on trial that the defendant has previously violated this chapter, the defendant shall be assessed a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $1,000, for each violation and for each day of a continuing violation subject to the Court’s jurisdictional limits and subsequent limits.
